Can I amend/cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to amend/cancel an order once its placed, please get in contact with us as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so it may be too late to cancel but please contact us and we can arrange a return.  

 

I am having issues with my payment?

If you encounter any issues using the checkout payment, please try another method of payment, if the issue continues please contact us and our team will help you to resolve this. 

 

Will my item come with branded packaging?

Yes, all our jewellery & watches will be sent with the official branded packaging, please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further information on this.

 

What if my chosen item is out of stock?

We apologise if your item is out of stock, we would love to let you know when your chosen item comes into stock, please contact us and we will let you know when the item is available.

 

Is click & collect available?

We are currently setting this up, but in the meantime please contact us directly and we can arrange click & collect so your chosen item is waiting ready for you!

 

Will I be updated about my order?

We will send you order confirmation email when you have placed your order, you will then receive an confirmation shipping email.  

 

Is it possible to order over the phone?
